This seems to be a nice semi in 22 magnum. I%u2019ve had the gun for over a month and have never shot it yet because I can%u2019t find any CCI 22 MAXI MAGS that the manufacturer requires you to use to get the gun to work correctly.
There for I can only give it one star maybe I%u2019ll get lucky and find some to give a better evaluation

Man, these are tough to come by. I was lucky, & was online when they come in. I ordered it that day, & have one, now. They are pretty cool. 30 rounds of 22hmr is quite a bit of firepower, for a single firearm. It is reasonably accurate, has few ftf’s or fte’s… lightweight. Nice pistol. I’m don’t know why the manufacturer’s have such a hard time providing the supply, with the demand there is. I’ve been looking for a keltec 2000k for a couple of years. And now, it is crazy. Time for me to forget any new purchases.. oh, yeah! Except for the new 1911 that i just ordered! 🙂

Awesome pistol. I have been looking for one these for ages and when I saw the 4 minute old deal on slickguns.com I followed the link to Ukrguns and immediately made the purchase. Ordered on a Monday and had it by Thursday. Took it to the range last week and I love it. Fit and finish are great and it is a tight little pistol. Friends remarked on how light it was. Put 240 rounds through it in about 20 minutes before the range closed. Accuracy was very good but I wasnt there to putter around. Out of the box I emptied 8 mags through it in quick succession using three different ammos. It gobbled up the CCI 40 grain copper HP and the Winchester 40 grain copper plated bullets like nothing. With the Winchester 40 grain semi jacket HP it had a few hiccups. Ejected the spent round but didnt strip a new one off the mag. The owners manual and online reviews had warned of this. The pm30 definitely prefers hi power heavy bullets. I just scored 500 rounds of the CCI 40 grain copper plated rounds and cant wait to get back to the range. If you ever see one of these for sale, BUY it.

I looked for a .22 Mag semi auto for a long time. Then I found the PMR-30 on Buds web site, but they were sold out for what seems like years. Then one day I found one at my local Atwoods store. Once I got it in my hands to check it out I really liked it. Next I went home and checked the Buds web site, WOW they had some in stock at a better price. I ordered it along with the Maglula PMR-30 Mag Loader. This is a fun gun to shoot and not one problem. Looking forward to shooting many more 30 round mags for practice.

Great Pistol. Couldn’t be happier with the performance ran through 150 rounds of 5 different brand of 40 grain (maxi-mag jsp,maxi-mag jhp fiocchi jsp speer gold dot GDHP-SB and winchester PDX1. One jam with the Maxi-Mag JHP. Probably a mag load error. Load your mags by the manual and as far as my PMR-30 performed I couldn’t be happier after paying nearly $800.00 for a $350.00 pistol.

I am pleased with the price from Buds Gun Shop. They had the lowest price on this gun and delivery was very quick. The gun itself I exceptionally light even with a full magazine. I recommend applying a light coat of oil to the slide before you shoot it for the first time. The gun definitely likes the higher grain ammo. I used Federal Game Shock 50 grain hp ammo. It is a loud gun with very little recoil. I would recommend this to anyone who is inexperienced with firearms and wants to purchase their first home defense gun. The only set back to the Kel Tec Pmr 30 is the magazine. Although a 30 round magazine is an amazing thing to have in a hand gun, it can be hard to load all the ammunition in. The spring resistance after the first 20 rounds gets pretty stiff and you have to fight with it to get the rest of the ammo into the magazine. I wouldnt mind seeing a loading tool later on to help assist with this. I havent utilized the rail mount yet. But overall this is a great weapon. I give it 4.9 stars out of 5.

Well heck. After reading all the reviews both positive and negative I still bought one of these pistols. As Retired Army I can tell you nobody ever said, having less ammo is a good thing. Nobody! With 30 rounds at your fingertip, this is a fine weapon. Read the instructions, clean it several times before firing it. I recommend loading and uploading the mags several times as well. Ive fired only 40 gr bullets and can report only one missfeed out of over 200 rounds sent down range. I will carry this in my truck as a backup to my Bersa 380 plus. And my .12 ga pump for when the Sh!t gets real. I hope I never have to fire a projectile in anger again. If I do……. More bullets are Mo betta.. Thats just the simple facts.

Awesome pistol. Incredibly lightweight. Smooth trigger pull and it cycles great, It does not have as much flash and noise as I had expected after reading other reviews. My only suggestion would be is to purchase a magazine loading aid as it is somewhat difficult to get the magazine loaded with 30 .22 mag cartridges. Kel-Tec is awesome!!

Received pmr30 quickly. After cleaning have shot about three hundred rounds. Had one fail to feed. Not a deal breaker at all. Anyone that shoots rim fire pistols knows that problems do occur on occasion. All In all I am happy with both the firearm and ukrguns

I love this gun, and it is really something special to experience!! The fireball that comes out of this gun is freaking awesome!! It’s also louder than both my 9mm Smith & Wesson SW9F and my Taurus GC3!!! It’s extremely accurate and has very little recoil with somewhat of a hair trigger!! If I didn’t experience the malfunctions I had (9 out of 90rds) I would have actually considered this as my self-defense everyday carry!! I was extremely careful with the loading of the magazines to make sure they were properly loaded correctly but I wasn’t using the recommended ammo CCI .22 WMR 40gr TMJ. The only thing close at the time of purchase was the CCI Meat Eater .22 WMR 40gr JHP. Wondering if that would have made the difference??

Once again, great service from ukrguns I researched this gun for a long time; it has a lot of negative reviews and positive reviews. In the end I bought it on the experience of the other Kel-Tec arms I have purchased which have performed great contrary to negative press. I wasn’t disappointed. You must load the magazines correctly. It’s not hard to do. It did have a few FTF’s with the first mag I put through it. But the gun is obviously tight when new which I found out during a pre-shoot breakdown and reassembly. I figure give it time to break in. However, it ran through the second mag perfectly. And the next 3 mags too. It is an absolute blast to shoot! Yes, it is super light even loaded. It fits my hand very nicely (5’8″). It’s loud, kicks sharply but very managable, and I put all 5 mags (150 rounds) in a five inch group at 15 yards offhand. I figure not bad for the first outing. I’m happy, a great buy.

I was very pleased with its function. I was leery because of so many reviews of the Kel-Tec PMR 30 in the break-in period having problems with failure to feed issues. However, I shot over 120 rounds the first day I took it to the range and I hand only 1 failure to feed, which I attributed to my not loading the magazine right. This is a fantastic gun, which I feel I could rely on in any situation, including self defense.

First off my experience with Bud’s was top notch. About $100 less than my local shop. I am the kind of person that likes to shop local but that mark up was unconscionable. Quick delivery to my shop Gunworld in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Pistol would not feed 100 rounds in 120. I called manufacturer and they sent me a fedex to resolve. They seem like good people and another product I have is flawless. I hope it works out but Bud’s was stand up and easy to purchase what I wanted.

This little gun looks very nice, fit and finish top notch. It’s a bit difficult to load the mags to the full. I did buy a mag loader to help with that. I do like the sights, easy to see for an old man, however I am considering a red dot. The balance is spot on. Great gun, cheap enough to operate and easier on the wrist than a 9mm. It is hard to imagine a handgun with 30 blasts from a single magazine, but go ahead and imagine.

I want to start by stating that working with Buds was great. This review should not be interpreted as a mark against Buds. Now onto the meat of the matter. This gun is a piece of crap. Every 2nd to 4th round jams. Not easy to aim, breakdown, or deal with for prolonged periods of time. Keltec has some amazing ideas, but horrible execution. Do yourselves a favor and don’t buy this pistol. If you’re hard up for a 22 war pistol, just go with a revolver.

I’m actually pleasantly surprised. I’ve had no problems at all with yhe first 500 rounds(CCI 40grhp). Pretty amazing since its a Keltec. Trigger is awesome! By far the best trigger on any Keltec. the CMR30 is the same. No miss feeds. Pay attention to how you load it. Word of advice. Go to Amazon and buy the $30 pmr30/cmr30 magazine loader, definitely worth it! Only have 2 minor issues. Wish it had rear sight adjustments, and there is some play in the take up of the trigger.
